OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • To Establish and run the Ware House at Site,
  • To manage the Inventory and Handle the receipts & issues
  • To Manage Material Deliveries to customer
  • To Interact with Customer and the Quality team for inspecting the materials

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • To establish the ware house and arranging the racks
  • Receipt of material from the vendors.
  • Arrangement for unloading of material.
  • Counting and proper storage of material.
  • To organize inspection of material by quality team and client
  • Preparing GRN in SAP.
  • Issuance of material to engineers/sub-contractors/client
  • Reconciliation of material with client /sub-contractor.
  • Issuance of tools / returnable material to engineers and keeping the record separately and giving reminders, for return of the same.
  • Organize for repairing of faulty material and informing the same to PRIDM, supply chain
  • Physical verification of material available through cycle count process and recording the same in SAP
  • General administration work for stores
  • Maintains discipline of the staffs in the department.
  • Reporting of stock book, receipt register, issue register,
  • To handle general site administration
  • Inventory management and document control ensuring traceability

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • EDUCATION
    Graduate in Engineering or Diploma Holder
     
    EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET

  • 6+ years of experience in Stores management with good knowledge of SAP
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English language
  • IT Skills: MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
